目前,国内尚未生产定型金属型浇注机。生产小型铸件时,因抽芯及开型力较小,可用手工开合型及抽芯。而生产大中型铸件时,因抽芯及开型力增大(可达几十吨),手工操作难以实现。只有利用液压、气压或电机加上相应机构才能满足需要。但是,这些机构的制造、装配精度要求高,机构较复杂,设备尺寸庞大等原因,自行设计制造有很多困难。而且,这些装置制造周期较长,成本较高的缺点,故一般企业若无大批量生产任务,用上述方法制造浇注机就不太现实。 1986年我厂承接了一铝合金缸体零件,铸件简图如图1。

The production of large and medium-sized castings, due to pumping core and open-type force increases (up to dozens of tons), manual operation is difficult to achieve. Only by using hydraulic, pneumatic or motor with the appropriate agencies to meet the needs. However, these institutions have a lot of difficulties in designing and manufacturing their own by reason of high manufacturing and assembly precision, complex institutions and large equipment size. Moreover, these devices have disadvantages of long manufacturing cycle and high cost. Therefore, it is impractical for a general enterprise to manufacture a pouring machine without the mass production task. In 1986 I plant to undertake an aluminum cylinder block parts, casting diagram shown in Figure 1.
