目的:建立复方神安颗粒中苦参碱含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Dikma Diamonsil(钻石)C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸水(22∶78)(三乙胺调到pH7.5);流速1 mL.min-1;检测波长220 nm;柱温25℃;进样量10μL。结果:苦参碱在2.08~10.40μg(r=0.999 6)呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.51%(RSD2.0%)。结论:本方法操作简便,准确,重复性好,精密度高,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of matrine in Fufang Shenan Granules. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a Dikma Diamonsil (C18) column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 0.1% phosphoric acid water (22:78) ; Flow rate 1 mL.min-1; detection wavelength 220 nm; column temperature 25 ℃; injection volume 10μL. Results: Matrine had a good linear relationship at 2.08-10.40μg (r = 0.999 6) with an average recovery of 100.51% (RSD 2.0%). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and precise. It can be used as a quality control method for this preparation.
