利用问卷调查收集的数据,探讨员工感知的领导情绪智力对员工创造力的影响作用以及员工的创新素质对两者间关系的调节作用。分析结果表明:(1)员工感知的领导情绪智力对员工创造力的影响作用显著正相关;(2)员工的创新素质对员工创造力的影响作用显著正相关;(3)员工的创新素质对员工感知的领导情绪智力与员工创造力间的关系具有负向调节作用;(4)个体差异(年龄、工作年限、学历)对员工创造力的影响作用显著正相关。
Using the data collected from the questionnaire survey, this paper explores the impact of employee-perceived leadership sentiment on employees ’creativity and the regulatory role of employees’ innovative qualities in the relationship between the two. The results show that: (1) There is a significant positive correlation between employee-perceived leadership sentiment and employee creativity; (2) employee innovation quality has a significant positive correlation with staff creativity; (3) (4) There is a significant positive correlation between individual differences (age, length of service, academic qualifications) and employees’ creativity.
