对于移动互联网企业而言,其竞争环境是瞬息万变的。企业必须时刻调整自身的市场竞争策略来适应内外环境的变化。然而,很多企业能够做到及时优化自身的市场竞争策略,但是实施以后其所达到的效果确很有限,其中一个重要的原因就是忽略了保障措施的实施。本文以A移动互联网广告公司为例,从人力、资金、管理、风险几个方面对A公司市场竞争策略优化实施时的保障措施进行研究,揭示其必要性。
For mobile Internet companies, its competitive environment is rapidly changing. Enterprises must always adjust their own market competition strategies to adapt to changes in the internal and external environment. However, many enterprises can do their best to optimize their competitive strategies in the market. But after the implementation, the effect they have achieved is very limited. One of the important reasons is that the implementation of safeguards has been neglected. Taking A mobile Internet advertising company as an example, this paper studies the guarantee measures of A company’s market competition strategy optimization and implementation from the aspects of manpower, capital, management and risk, and reveals its necessity.
