辊型优化是提高现有轧机板形控制能力的有效方法,但限于磨床的磨削能力,实际磨削辊型与目标辊型之间往往存在偏差,导致辊型曲线的实际应用效果不够理想。针对这一问题,分析了偏差的基本分布规律,有针对性地提出了目标辊型偏移补偿和倾斜补偿两种改进措施,使实际磨削辊型与目标辊型之间的均方差显著降低,基本消除了辊型的不对称性,辊型应用效果得到了明显提高,为存在固定偏差模式的辊型磨削提供了有益的参考。
Roller type optimization is an effective way to improve the plate shape control ability of existing rolling mill. As a result, the actual application effect of the roller type curve is not satisfactory. In view of this problem, the basic law of deviation is analyzed, and the improvement measures of target roll offset compensation and tilt compensation are put forward in order to reduce the mean square error between the actual grinding roller and the target roller , The asymmetry of the roller type is basically eliminated, the application effect of the roller type is obviously improved, and the beneficial reference is provided for the roller type grinding with the fixed deviation mode.
