10月25日,由南化集团研究院研发并拥有自主知识产权的萃取精馏和结晶结合分离混合二氯苯中试项目,通过了中石化科技开发部主持的科研成果评议。专家组认为二氯苯提纯技术已具备工业化条件。该项目以氯化苯装置副产的混合二氯苯为原料,建成了700吨/年中试装置。通过中试得到99.5%的对二氯苯和99.5%的邻二氯苯,对二氯苯单程收率81.7%,邻二氯苯单程收率76.81%,产生的“三废”经处理后可达到环保要求,精馏工艺技术具有创新性。该技术已申请中国发明专利1项。
On October 25, the pilot project of extractive distillation and crystallization combined separation of mixed dichlorobenzene piloted by the Research Institute of Nanjing Chemical Industry Group with independent intellectual property rights passed the scientific research appraisal conducted by Sinopec Technology Development Department. The expert group believes that dichlorobenzene purification technology already has industrialized conditions. In this project, a mixture of dichlorobenzene by-product of chlorinated benzene plant was taken as raw material, and a pilot plant of 700 tons / year was built. Through the pilot plant test, 99.5% of p-dichlorobenzene and 99.5% of o-dichlorobenzene were obtained. The single-pass yield of p-dichlorobenzene was 81.7% and the yield of o-dichlorobenzene was 76.81% Can meet the environmental requirements, distillation process technology is innovative. The technology has applied for a Chinese invention patent.
