高职院校是教育界近些年崛起并飞跃发展的产物,它最大的办学特色就在于职业性、实践性和技能性。学生在学习好技术理论知识的同时,还亲自动手将理论和实践相结合,成为社会急需的实用性人才。为此,设备齐全的实训设备就成了炽热的话题,也成了办好高职院校的必要条件。但再好再多的硬件设备,如果没有符合时代步伐的办学理念,没有行之有效的规范化管理,是很难达到国家对高职院校学员的要求,实现高等职业教育培养的目标。
Higher vocational colleges are the product of the rise of the education sector in recent years and its rapid development. Its biggest feature of running a school lies in its professionalism, practicality and skills. Students learn the technical theory of knowledge at the same time, but also hands-on combination of theory and practice, become a social urgently needed practical talents. To this end, well-equipped training equipment has become a hot topic, has become a necessary condition for running a higher vocational colleges. However, no matter how good the hardware equipment is, it is hard to meet the requirements of the state for the trainees in higher vocational colleges and realize the goal of higher vocational education if there is no schooling philosophy in line with the pace of the times and no effective standardized management.
