用改进的紫外吸收法测定SMAO休克及假手术对照组家兔血浆中分子物质(MMS)含量的动态变化。结果表明,SMAO休克组家兔血浆MMS含量显著升高;假手术对照组家兔血浆MMS含量显著降低。SMAO休克组家兔还同时存在多种血浆生化指标含量改变及内脏器官的组织损伤。对MMS变化的可能发生机制进行了讨论。
The dynamic changes of the content of molecular substance (MMS) in plasma of SMAO shock and sham operation control rabbits were determined by modified UV absorption method. The results showed that the MMS content in rabbit SMAO shock group was significantly increased; sham operation control rabbit plasma MMS content was significantly reduced. SMAO shock group rabbits also exist a variety of plasma biochemical parameters and tissue damage of internal organs. The possible mechanism of MMS change is discussed.
