很多企业仅仅是将CSR当作一个被动回应压力的面子问题,将CSR等同于编制CSR报告,通过罗列企业在公益慈善、环境保护以及员工发展等方面的正面表现来粉饰企业形象在来自政府、非政府组织以及投资者的压力下,越来越多的企业通过发布企业社会责任(CSR)报告披露社会责任信息。著名的企业非财务报告在线目录网站CorporateRegister.com上的数据显示,在全球范围内,有6174家企业共计发布了24647份企业社会责任报告。在国内,发布CSR报告已成潮流,近年来发布报告的企业数量每年都呈几何级增长。
Many companies just regard CSR as a face-to-face problem of passive response pressure. They equate CSR with CSR report preparation, and gloss over the corporate image through positive performance of enterprises in public charities, environmental protection and staff development. Under the pressure of government organizations and investors, more and more enterprises disclose social responsibility information through the release of CSR reports. According to data from CorporateRegister.com, a prominent corporate non-financial reporting online directory website, 6,174 companies globally publish a total of 24,647 CSR reports worldwide. At home, the release of CSR reports has become a trend. The number of enterprises that have released reports in recent years has increased geometrically every year.
