目前存在较多的深基坑因种种原因处于停工状态,使用时间超过了设计期限,从而造成较大的安全隐患。针对北京地区的超过设计期限后的既有深基坑,阐述了如何进行检测鉴定分析以保证后续工程的顺利进行,希望对类似深基坑工程的检测鉴定及加固处理有借鉴作用。 There are more deep foundation pit for a variety of reasons in the shutdown state, the use of time beyond the design deadline, resulting in greater security risks. Aiming at the existing deep foundation pit beyond the design deadline in Beijing area, this paper elaborates how to carry out inspection and identification analysis to ensure the succession of subsequent projects. It is hoped that it can be used as a reference for the detection and reinforcement of similar deep foundation pit engineering.
