辽宁鞍山市总工会办公室报道《鞍山市劳动争议调解条例》经鞍山市第十四届人大常委会通过,将于2012年1月1日起施行。该《条例》在劳动争议调解机制、调解程序等方面做出了明确、具体的规定,主要有三大亮点。一是突出协调劳动关系三方机制。《条例》中第5条规定“市、县(市)区人民政府劳动行政部门会同同级工会和企业方面代表建立协调劳动关系三方机制,共同研究解决
