研究生科研能力的培养是大学教育的一个重要方面,是一个长期的热门话题,前人重点从宏观方面,如课程设置、课堂教学、论文写作等做了大量研究,并提出了很多有益的结论。本文着重关注在研究生最后一学年论文撰写阶段,与导师进行的一对一沟通。文中强调需要针对四种不同来源的学生,采用对应的因材施教方案。提出通过认识阶段、了解阶段、升华阶段及火花阶段等几个阶段的引导,逐渐将研究生带入科研氛围中,培养其独立从事科研的能力。
The cultivation of scientific research ability of postgraduates is an important aspect of university education and a hot topic for a long time. Much research has been done from the macroscopical points, such as course setting, classroom teaching and essay writing, and many useful conclusions have been put forward. This article focuses on one-on-one communication with instructors during the final year of a graduate student’s essay writing. The article emphasizes the need for four different sources of students, using the corresponding program according to aptitude. Proposed by stages of understanding, understanding phase, sublimation phase and spark stage and other several stages of guidance, and gradually graduate students into the atmosphere of scientific research, develop their ability to independently engage in scientific research.
