目的 :研究枳栉具子提取物的体内抗肝纤维化作用。方法 :用四氯化碳 (CCl4 )建立大鼠肝纤维化模型 ,造模开始后即给予枳栉具子提取物。实验结束后测定肝纤维化指标透明质酸、III型前胶原、I型前胶原及细胞生长转化因子 (HA、PCI、PCIII及TGF β1 )并作肝病理检查。结果 :枳栉具子提取物能显著降低血清HA、PCI、PCIII及TGF β1 含量 ;减轻肝脏胶原纤维增生程度。结论 :说明枳栉具子具有抗早期肝纤维化作用。
Objective : To study the anti-hepatic fibrosis effects of extracts of Polygonum orientale in vivo. METHODS: Rat hepatic fibrosis model was established with carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) and the extracts were given after the model was established. At the end of the experiment, liver fibrosis indexes of hyaluronic acid, type III procollagen, type I procollagen, and cell growth and transformation factors (HA, PCI, PCIII, and TGFβ1) were measured and liver pathological examinations were performed. RESULTS : The extract of Rhizoma Dioscoreae could significantly reduce the content of serum HA, PCI, PCIII and TGF β1 and reduce the degree of liver collagen fibrosis. Conclusions: It is suggested that the indole seed has anti-early liver fibrosis effect.
