目的评价某甲烷氯化物建设项目职业病危害控制效果,为卫生行政部门审批建设项目提供依据。方法通过现场职业卫生学调查和职业病危害因素检测,采用定量分析法进行评价。结果该建设项目的选址与总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病防护措施、个人防护用品、辅助用室和职业卫生管理等符合国家有关法规;生产过程中可能产生噪声、有毒化学物质等主要职业病危害因素,噪声为62~76dB(A),符合国家卫生限值;化学物质共9种,检测结果均符合国家职业卫生标准。结论该项目属于可能产生严重职业病的建设项目,该项目职业病危害控制措施可行、有效。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a methane chloride construction project and provide basis for the approval of construction projects by health administrative departments. Methods According to the field occupational hygiene investigation and occupational disease risk factor testing, the quantitative analysis method was used to evaluate. Results The location and overall layout of the construction project, the layout of production equipment, protective measures against occupational diseases, personal protective equipment, auxiliary rooms and occupational health management were all in conformity with the relevant state laws and regulations; major occupational hazards such as noise and toxic chemicals might be produced during the production process Factors, the noise is 62 ~ 76dB (A), in line with national health limits; a total of 9 kinds of chemical substances, the test results are in line with national occupational health standards. Conclusion This project belongs to a construction project that may cause serious occupational diseases. The control measures of occupational hazards in this project are feasible and effective.
