学困生通常是指那些自卑厌学,学习成绩差,缺乏自信心,逆反心理严重,纪律作风涣散,行为习惯不良,自我期望值低,懒惰不思进取,缺点问题较多的学生群体。在现实生活中每个班都有因多方面原因没有跟上正常教学的学困生。学困生的转化是一项非常艰难、非常细致、非常特殊的工作。作为教师,我们应该主动、热情地与他们交心谈心,认真分析,找准病因,对症下药,因势利导地转化学困生,从而全面提高教学质量。我以为转化学困生,教师必须具
