目的了解医院病房灯开关的污染状况,研究其消毒的时效性。方法通过现场采样和细菌定量检测方法,对本医院病房灯开关污染状况和消毒效果进行了监测。结果该医院病房灯开关平均污染细菌数达到46cfu/cm2,污染超标率为58.7%。用有效氯浓度为500 mg/L的含氯消毒剂稀释液擦拭消毒灯开关,可达到全部合格,且可维持2d保持在卫生合格水平。结论病房内灯开关污染严重,以每2 d用含氯消毒剂擦拭消毒1次,即可保持其卫生质量合格。
Objective To understand the pollution status of hospital ward lamp switch and to study the timeliness of disinfection.
