在急性肾炎通常有血尿和蛋白尿存在,但也有无血尿和蛋白尿型的急性肾炎,主要为浮肿、高血压、体重增加和充血性心力衰竭等的肾外症状,一般称为肾外症状性肾炎。既往对本病诊断有困难,近年随着补体检查和肾活检的普及,对本病的诊断比较容易。作者在近5年内遇到11例。年龄在1～12岁。男7,女4。主诉全部有颜面浮肿。7例有明显的原发感染,多在浮肿发生前2～3周内出现发热和感冒症状。全组患儿和家属均未发现有血尿。9例有高血
