我国相关的劳动法律虽然在一定程度上得到了完善,但是其仍然具有一定的局限性,也存在着一些问题。例如,对于劳动争议处理的时间过长、成本过高但是仲裁的失效性又过短等。而且我国的劳动争议处理模式也并不能完善适应实际的劳动争议情况,这给我国劳动争议问题的处理带来了一定阻碍。因此,本文认为必须结合我国现阶段的实际情况,树立长远的改革目标,使劳动争议处理程序更加完善,帮助更多的劳动者维护自身的合法权益。
Although the relevant labor laws in our country have been perfected to a certain extent, they still have some limitations and some problems exist. For example, labor disputes are processed for too long, costly but arbitration failures are too short, and so on. Moreover, the labor dispute handling model in our country can not perfect the actual labor dispute situation, which brings some obstacles to the handling of the labor dispute issue in our country. Therefore, this article believes that it is necessary to combine the actual situation in our country at present stage, establish the long-term goal of reform, improve the procedure of labor dispute settlement, and help more laborers to safeguard their own legitimate rights and interests.
