本文报导我院1972～1976年5年内收治的264例(以下称1972年组)与我院1952～1956年5年中收治的461例(以下称1952年组)小儿伤寒和付伤寒并发症的比较,由1972年组看来,并发症的种类和发病率比1952年组显著增加,不少病例同时并发一种以上的并发症,病情危重,且易误诊。现在以1972年组为主,按系统分析如下:
