本文分析了16MnR钢制压力容器SAW(Submerged ARC Welding,埋弧焊)焊接中A类焊接接头焊缝在焊接过程中近缝区及热影响区(HAZ)裂纹的产生原因,通过堆焊模拟试验、增加引弧收弧板、降低熔合比、提高焊缝成型系数、增加相应的热处理工艺,系统地提出了解决上述裂纹的基本工艺及方法,为压力容器及锅炉设备的生产制造、监理总结了焊接经验,为设备业提供指导与借鉴.“,”This paper analyzes the reasons of crack generation for type A welding-joint in near fracture area and HAZ of SAW in 16MnR steel press vessel, proposes systematic technical process and method to solve the cracks by way of heap welding simulation tests, increasing arc ignition and constriction tabs, reducing fusion ratio, increasing weld-joint forming coefficient, and increasing corresponding heat treatment process, etc, summarizes the experience of pressure vessel and boiler manufacturing and supervision, and provides guidance and reference for equipment industry.
