目的:研究毛冬青提取物对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及其可能机制。方法:采用线栓法栓塞大鼠右侧大脑中动脉1 h,再灌注24 h,制备大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型。观察25,50,100 mg.kg-1毛冬青提取物对脑缺血再灌注大鼠的脑组织含水量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果:毛冬青提取物可明显降低脑组织含水量,升高SOD的活性,减少MDA的产生。结论:毛冬青提取物对脑缺血再灌注损伤有较好的保护作用,其机制可能与减轻脑水肿、抗自由基及抑制脂质过氧化反应有关。
Objective: To study the protective effect and its possible mechanism of extract of Mao Dong Qing on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. METHODS: The cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model was established by embolizing the middle cerebral artery of the right side of the rat for 1 h and reperfusion for 24 h. The effects of extracts of 25, 50, 100 mg.kg-1 of holisopilus on the brain tissue water content, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion were observed. Results: Maodongqing extract can significantly reduce the water content of brain tissue, increase the activity of SOD, and reduce the production of MDA. Conclusion: Maodongqing extract has a good protective effect against cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury, and its mechanism may be related to the reduction of cerebral edema, anti-free radicals and inhibition of lipid peroxidation.
