目的:研究参麦注射液关节腔注射对兔骨关节炎作用的机理。方法:将30只雄性清洁级新西兰白兔随机分为空白组、治疗组及对照组,治疗组及对照组予改良Hulth法造模,造模成功后,治疗组予参麦注射液关节腔注射,对照组予生理盐水注射,8周后抽取3组关节液,用Elisa法检测TNF-α、IL-1β、MMP-3。结果:对照组的IL-1β、TNF-α、MMP-3水平与空白组比较均偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组IL-1β、TNF-α、MMP-3水平高于空白组,但低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:参麦注射液关节腔注射可通过降低关节液中的TNF-α、IL-1β、MMP-3来缓解骨性关节炎症状。
Objective: To study the mechanism of joint injection of Shenmai injection on osteoarthritis in rabbits. METHODS: Thirty male clean grade New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into blank group, treatment group and control group. The treatment group and control group were improved by Hulth method. After the model was successfully established, the treatment group was given intra-articular injection of Shenmai injection. The control group received normal saline injection. Eight weeks later, three groups of joint fluids were collected and TNF-α, IL-1β, and MMP-3 were detected by Elisa. Results: The levels of IL-1β, TNF-α and MMP-3 in the control group were higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The levels of IL-1β, TNF-α and MMP-3 were higher in the treatment group than in the blank group, but lower than the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: Injection of Shenmai Injection into the joint cavity can relieve the symptoms of osteoarthritis by reducing TNF-α, IL-1β and MMP-3 in joint fluid.
