慢性肾上腺皮质功能不全,又称阿狄森氏病。1831年Bright首先报告,1885年,阿狄森氏报告11例,并探讨临床现象与病理改变之关系。现将我院1976年元月——1978年10月,诊断5例阿狄森氏病报告如下: 一般资料 1.发病率:本病报告五例,占同期内科住院总人数(8036人)的0.06％,较天津医科大学0.2％,长春叶氏1.14％为低,但较上海钟氏20/40,399为高。 2.年龄,性别与职业:
