周至县林业局在全社会的扶贫攻坚战中,坚持因地制宜,更新观念,改“输血”治标为“造血”固本,依托山区自然资源优势,大力扶持群众发展板栗、核桃、柿子、花椒、香椿、杜仲等乡土经济林木,走出了一条山区群众依靠植树种果发展生态经济型林业脱贫致富的新路子。 周至县山区面积22万公顷,占全县总面积的76％,山区有19个乡(镇)3.5万人,其中贫困人口2.8万人,占山区总人口的80％,占全县贫困人口的95％。山区群众脱贫的出路问题一直萦绕在县林业局领导的心
