1985年6月26～28日在意大利波伦亚(Bologna)召开了第一届大型国际激光医学与外科会议,主持大会科学委员会的成员是由国际上享有声誉的激光医学科学家如意大利G.Gallctt i,美国L.Goldman,苏联V.S.Letokhov,日本大城俊夫,西德H.Prehn,与中华人民共和国秦家楠教授等组成。参加大会的科学家都是在医学不同领域中知名的学者,有意、美、法、德、日、苏联、中华人民共和国、加拿大、西班牙等21个国家近1000人,其中论文作者共601人。
The first large-scale international conference on laser medicine and surgery was held in Bologna, Italy from June 26 to June 28, 1985. Members of the Scientific Committee that presided over the conference were internationally renowned laser medical scientists such as G.Gallctt i, L.Goldman from the United States, VSLetokhov from the Soviet Union, Toshio Junichiro of Japan, H.Prehn from West Germany, and Professor Qin Jianan from the People's Republic of China. The scientists participating in the conference are all well-known scholars in different fields of medicine. There are nearly 1000 people in 21 countries including Italy, the United States, France, Germany, Japan, the Soviet Union, the People's Republic of China, Canada and Spain, of which there are 601 dissertation authors.
