目的:建立清眩降压颗粒中天麻素含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定天麻素含量。色谱柱SymmetryC18(3.9 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.05%冰醋酸水溶液(2∶98);检测波长220 nm;流速0.6 mL.min-1;柱温室温。结果:天麻素的线性范围为0.107 6~0.968 4μg,r=1.0000。平均回收率为98.39%(n=6),RSD 1.12%。结论:该方法简便可行、专属性强、重复性好,适用于清眩降压颗粒中天麻素的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of gastrodin in Qing dizziness and blood pressure reducing granules. Methods: Gastrodin content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The column was Symmetry C18 (3.9 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05% glacial acetic acid (2:98). The detection wavelength was 220 nm. The flow rate was 0.6 mL.min-1. Results: Gastrodin linear range of 0.107 6 ~ 0.968 4μg, r = 1.0000. The average recovery was 98.39% (n = 6), RSD 1.12%. Conclusion: This method is simple, feasible, specific and reproducible. It is suitable for the determination of gastrodin in Qing dizziness and blood pressure reducing granules.
