长期以来,食用菌生产以手工操作为主,工效低、成本高,推广面受到限制。新近福建省农业机械化研究所和福建省农科院土肥所研制成功枝桠切片机等六种机械,为实现食用菌机械化、半机械化生产开辟了新途径。本研究以六种机械配套生产为主,在古田大甲食用菌公司、福州黎州食用菌场等单位进行试验,探讨建立30～40万包(袋)生产规模的厂化生产工艺、大面积栽培技术模式及其经济效益。
For a long time, the production of edible mushrooms is dominated by manual operation, with low efficiency, high cost and limited promotion. Recently, the Fujian Provincial Institute of Agricultural Mechanization and the Fujian Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences Soil and Fertilizer successfully developed six branches of slicing machines and other machinery, in order to achieve mechanized, semi-mechanized production of mushroom opened up new ways. In this study, six kinds of machinery supporting the production of the main, in Furuta Daji edible fungus company, Fuzhou, Lizhou edible fungus field and other units to explore the establishment of 30 to 400000 bags (bags) production scale factory production technology, a large area Cultivation technology model and its economic benefits.
