检测60例T2DM患者晨UAM、FBG及胰岛素、脂质和HbA1c的变化,观察T2DM伴UMA白患者和不伴UMA患者的FBG、HbA1C、胰岛素、脂质的关系。结果:T2DM患者伴高HbA1c组与正常UMA组比较,表现为高血糖、高TG血症、高TC血症、高HbA1c水平和HPC。结论:UMA、血糖、HbA1c与PN有着密切的关系,但与HbA1c相关性最为密切,糖尿病患者不能只重视血糖,还应重视对尿微量白蛋白、糖化血红蛋白的监测,对早期、诊断和治疗肾损害具有重要意义。
The changes of morning UAM, FBG, insulin, lipid and HbA1c in 60 patients with T2DM were detected. The relationship between FBG, HbA1C, insulin and lipid in T2DM patients with UMA white and those without UMA was observed. Results: T2DM patients with high HbA1c group compared with normal UMA group showed hyperglycemia, hypercholesteremia, hypercholesteremia, high HbA1c level and HPC. Conclusion: UMA, blood glucose and HbA1c are closely related to PN, but have the highest correlation with HbA1c. Diabetes patients should not only focus on blood glucose, but also monitor urine microalbumin and glycosylated hemoglobin. For early detection, diagnosis and treatment of kidney Damage is of great importance.
