目的探求各种肥料与南板蓝根产量及靛玉红含量之间的量化关系,最终筛选出种植南板蓝的最佳肥料。方法通过田间种植,取施用了不同肥料种类的南板蓝根的干燥地下根部药材,称其干物质重,粉碎,提取,用HPLC法测定其靛玉红含量,从而针对不同肥料种类对南板蓝根靛玉红含量的影响进行比较研究,应用Microsoft Excel统计进行方差分析比较。结果各肥料组与对照组的产量及靛玉红含量有显著性差异;从产量及靛玉红含量看,其含量大小顺序均为农家肥>化肥>生物肥>空白对照。肥料种类以南板蓝根靛玉红含量最高者为准,同时综合考虑其产量,故南板蓝根规范化种植中,肥料应首选农家肥。结论不同肥料种类对南板蓝产量及靛玉红含量影响差异较大,在南板蓝根种植中应注意科学合理地选择适宜肥料。
Objective To explore the quantification relationship between various fertilizers and southern root production and indirubin content, and finally select the best fertilizer for planting southern blue. Methods The dried underground root medicinal materials of Nanbanlangen with different fertilizer types were planted in the field, and their dry matter weight was weighed, crushed and extracted. The content of indirubin was determined by HPLC method. The aim was to determine the different types of fertilizers. The effects of red content were compared and compared using Microsoft Excel statistics for analysis of variance. Results There were significant differences in yield and indirubin content between the fertilizer and control groups. From the perspective of yield and indirubin content, the order of their contents was farmyard manure> chemical fertilizer> biological fertilizer> blank control. The fertilizer type is based on the highest content of the southern Banlangen amaranth, and at the same time, its yield is comprehensively considered. Therefore, in the standardized planting of the southern Banlangen, the fertilizer should be the preferred farmyard fertilizer. Conclusion The effects of different fertilizer types on the yield of Nanban blue and the content of indirubin are quite different. It is necessary to pay attention to scientific and rational selection of suitable fertilizers in the planting of southern blue root.
