以长江委编制的长江流域水利发展“九五”计划和２０１０年规划为基础，结合《长江流域综合利用规划》报告，就长江流域的灌溉发展规划，发表一些看法，提出一些设想，供制定长江流域灌溉发展规划参考
Based on the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” of Yangtze River Basin Water Resources Development and the 2010 Plan compiled by the Yangtze River Commission, combined with the report of “Comprehensive Utilization Planning of the Yangtze River Basin”, the paper made some comments on the irrigation development planning of the Yangtze River Basin and put forward some ideas for formulating the Yangtze River Basin irrigation development planning reference
