B665型牛头刨床由于结构上的先天不足,使用中存在如下问题:(1)电动机与主传动链不能脱开,用倒顺开关频繁控制滑枕的停留位置,电动机易损坏。(2)加工宽平面时也必须手摇工作台水平往复移动多次,手摇工作台升降更费劲。(3)手工加油润滑不充分,运动副中方滑块、滑枕导轨副、主传动齿轮副磨损大,机床精度丧失快。重负荷切削时,方滑块与摇杆或与摇杆销座咬死的现象时有发生。针对上述缺陷,我们对芜湖市铝制品附件厂一台B665型牛头刨床进行了改装设计(该机床因方滑块咬死而停用)。经使用证明效果良好。将改装设计分述如下:
