第二汽车制造厂生产的QT40—10球墨铸铁件,质量要求严、产量大。这样大规模、严要求的球铁流水生产,对我们是一个新课题。第二汽车制造厂以前曾采用冲入法球化工艺,由于铁水运输和浅注耽搁时间较长,衰退和降温问题非常突出,影响球铁材质的稳定。周期性处理又难于适应连续浇注,组织流水生产较困难。因此,迫切需要寻求一种新工艺。第二汽车制造厂铸造二厂和沈阳铸造工艺研究所,于1974年初在党委领导下,组成以工人为主体的三结合试验组。一年多以来,以阶级斗争为纲,认真学习无产阶级专政理论,依靠群众,独立自主,自力更生,开展了型内球化工艺试验。试验组以严格的科学态度,共进
