水轮机导水叶漏水,几乎是小型水电站运行中普遍存在的严重问题。不仅浪费了水量,(据有关资料介绍,一般减少电站正常发出电能的0.5%~3%);而且由于漏水,在停机过程中延长了机组低转速时间,加速了推力瓦的老化和磨损;甚至对开机也带来不良影响。处理水轮机导水叶漏水问题,一般采用圆橡皮条密封;或者用定型橡胶压板密封。上述方法对容量1000千瓦以上的小型水轮机一次处理都需千元以上,而且处理工艺也复杂。我们采用锡焊法,只花了几十元钱,工艺简单,承受了八年运行约2万小时的考验,减少了电站发电损失约12000元。以下就导水叶漏水原因和锡焊法处理工艺进行介绍。
