碳纤维增强塑料属导电高分子复合材料范畴。作为“功能-结构”材料,除了利用它的高比强度和高比模量等特点外,还必须考虑其电性能。电性能一般都以体积电阻率来衡量和比较。我们分别以国产和日本碳纤维制备了几种碳纤维增强塑料板材,按一般金属材料和半导体材料常用的“电压-电流”法测定电阻率,并初步讨论了碳纤维增强塑料的电阻
Carbon fiber reinforced plastic is a category of conductive polymer composites. As a “function - structure” material, in addition to its use of high specific strength and high modulus and other characteristics, but also must consider the electrical properties. Electrical properties are generally measured and compared in volume resistivity. We made several kinds of carbon fiber reinforced plastic sheeting with domestic and Japanese carbon fiber respectively, and measured the electrical resistivity by the common “voltage-current” method of common metal materials and semiconductor materials. We also discussed the resistance of carbon fiber reinforced plastics
