对普通油茶长林系列长林3号、长林4号、长林18号、长林23号、长林27号、40号、长林53号、长林166号的穗条和普通油茶砧木开展嫁接苗根系研究。结果表明,不同品种的接穗对油茶嫁接苗根系有很大的影响。不同品种的普通油茶接穗嫁接2年后,苗木在根系体积、根系表面积、根系长度及根系生物量等指标上均表现显著差异,根系总长为1718.04 cm,为最小的3倍;根系表面积最大为498.27 cm~2,为最小的3.1倍;根系体积最大为12.16 cm~3根系长度最长,为最小的3.2倍。除个别例外,所测量指标两两之间均成极显著相关。在不同根级之间,在0.02.0 mm根级根系长度最短,根系表面积和根系体积反而最大。
On the common Camellia Changlin series Changlin 3, Changlin 4, Changlin 18, Changlin 23, Changlin 27, 40, Changlin 53, Changlin No. 166, Carry out research on the root system of grafted seedlings.
