“亚洲湿热地区水土保持网”,简称“ASOCON”,由中国、印尼、泰国、菲律宾、马来西亚和巴布亚新几内亚组成。它的活动经费由联合国“粮农组识”提供,其目的是搞好亚洲湿热地区水土保持工作,在农业生产体系中结合水土保持,防止土地退化,提高土地生产力,增加农民收入。“ASOCON”技术顾问M.Douglas,联合国粮农组识聘请的水土保持专家K.C.Lai,D.A.Carandang;R.F.Ranala和B.C.Felizardo一行5人来我省进行为期一
“Asia moist heat soil and water conservation network”, referred to as “ASOCON”, by China, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia and Papua New Guinea. Its activities are financed by the UN’s “Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations”. Its purpose is to improve water and soil conservation in humid and hot areas of Asia, integrate soil and water conservation in agricultural production systems, prevent land degradation, increase land productivity and increase farmers’ income.
