炉渣中 MgO 含量对炉渣的熔化性、流动性和稳定性以及对高炉冶炼过程有着重大的影响,并且在不同的生产条件下其影响的大小又有所不同。下面就以我厂1978年、1979年上半年的生产数据为依据,以数理化统计方法为主,分析讨论渣中 MgO 含量对我厂高炉冶炼过程的影响。一、MgO 对脱硫的影响1.渣中 MgO 对脱硫的理论分析近代炉渣理论分析指出:碱性炉渣的脱硫机理是按下式反应进行的,并且反应主要在液态的渣铁界面上进行。[S]+O~(2-)=S~(2-)[O]
