研究了影响同源四倍体大麦花药培养的几个因素,并分析了花粉植株的变异表现,结果表明:(1)同源四倍体大麦(4n)的花药反应率比原二倍体亲本(2n)低,绿苗率却显著高于原二倍体,最高达16.07株绿苗/100枚接种花药,128株绿苗/100枚反应花药;(2)同源四倍体大麦花药培养可得到广泛的体细胞无性系变异,可为大麦育种和细胞遗传学研究提供较为丰富的基础材料,特别是四倍体经花药培养变为二倍体后,其蛋白质含量并不随着染色体倍性的恢复而降低,为饲料大麦的选育提供了一个新途径。
Several factors influencing the anther culture of autotetraploid barley were studied. The variation of pollen plants was analyzed.
