改革开放10年来,海外商人到内地投资办厂,“三资”、“三来一补”类型工厂企业增加,沿海地区尤甚。我市横岗镇截至1991年12月底止,共有投产企业856家,工人近10万人。由于工人均为来自农村的青年,在生产过程中,因未经培训即上岗工作,缺乏劳动卫生知识,或因部分防护装置失效,以致在工作时手外伤较多。现将我院自1989年1月至1991年12月底收治的376例涉外工厂、企业工人手部外伤情况介绍如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 性别和年龄 376例手外伤中,男性236例,占62.8％;女性140例,占37.2％。年龄18～30岁308例,占81.9％,平均年龄24岁。 1.2 受伤原因及程度伤者多是操作机械不慎或其他原因引起,多为粉碎性挤压伤、撕裂伤、挫伤等。在376例手外伤中,断指320例,占手外伤的85.1％;其中断1节手指188例,占50％;断2节手指
In the 10 years since the reform and opening up, overseas businessmen have invested and set up factories in the Mainland. The number of factory-owned “three sources” and “three, one, and one supplement” factories has increased, especially in the coastal areas. As of the end of December 1991, Henggang Town in our city ended with a total of 856 manufacturing enterprises with nearly 100,000 workers. As workers are young people from rural areas, there are more hand injuries at work in the production process due to the lack of training in hygiene and hygiene due to untrained training or the failure of some protective devices. The age of 18 to 30 years old 308 cases, accounting for 81.9%, the average age of 24 years old. 1.2 Causes and degree of injury Mostly caused by the accidental operation of the machine or other causes, mostly comminuted crush injury, laceration, contusion and so on. In 376 cases of hand injuries, 320 severed fingers accounted for 85.1% of hand injuries; 188 fingers interrupted one of them, accounting for 50% of the total; 2 fingers severed
