目的:研究豆科决明属植物短叶决明的化学成分,为扩大药用资源提供依据。方法:采用柱色谱和重结晶方法分离纯化短叶决明的乙醇提取物,运用波谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:一共分离得到了7个化合物,经鉴定为大黄素-8-O-β-d-龙胆二糖苷(1)、2-甲氧基大黄酚-8-O-β-d-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、豆甾醇-3-O-β-d-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、豆甾醇(5)、橙黄决明素(6)、和熊果酸(7)。结论:化合物1、2、3、6、7为首次从该植物中得到。本试验结果可为短叶决明的进一步研究提供依据。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Cassia obtusifolia L. in order to provide evidences for expanding the medicinal resources. Methods: The ethanol extract of Cassia obtusifolia L. was isolated and purified by column chromatography and recrystallization. The structure of the compound was identified by spectroscopy. Results: A total of seven compounds were isolated and identified as emodin-8-O-β-d-gentiobioside (1), 2-methoxychromophenol-8-O-β-d- Glucoside (2), stigmasterol-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (3), β-sitosterol (4), stigmasterol (5), aurostatin (6) Acid (7). Conclusion: Compounds 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7 were obtained from this plant for the first time. The results of this test can provide the basis for further study of short-leaf cassia.
