目的:为阐明五爪金龙的有效成分,对其地上部分进行了化学成分研究。方法:五爪金龙地上部分乙醇回流提取,提取物用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取,氯仿萃取部位经反复硅胶柱层析。化合物结构鉴定通过理化常数和波谱数据进行确定。结果:分离得到4个化合物,经光谱方法和物理方法鉴定分别为槲皮素-4′,7-二甲醚(Ⅰ),山奈素-4′,7-二甲醚(Ⅱ),β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅲ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)。结论:以上化合物全部为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅱ为首次从该属中分离得到。
Objective: In order to elucidate the active ingredients of the Ipomoea cairica, the chemical constituents of the aboveground parts were studied. Methods: The aerial part of Caragana korshinskii was extracted by refluxing with ethanol. The extracts were extracted with petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and n-butanol. The chloroform extracts were subjected to repeated silica gel column chromatography. The structure of compounds was identified by physicochemical constants and spectral data. Results: Four compounds were isolated and identified as quercetin -4 ’, 7-dimethyl ether (I), kaempferol-4’, 7-dimethyl ether (Ⅱ) Daucosterol (Ⅲ), β-sitosterol (Ⅳ). Conclusion: All the above compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time, and compound Ⅱ was isolated from this genus for the first time.
