目的了解广东某市企业使用的粘胶剂主要挥发性有机组分,为企业开展职业病危害因素工作场所监测、预防控制职业病提供依据。方法从广东某市使用有机溶剂的64家企业中抽取92份粘胶剂样品,对其进行质谱分析,将结果进行分类汇总和统计分析。结果 92份粘胶剂样品中甲苯(67.39%)、乙酸乙酯(63.04%)、丙酮(42.39%)含量最多,高毒物质苯的检出率为9.78%;粘胶剂生产企业检出最多的为乙酸乙酯(68.57%),皮鞋制造业检出最多的为甲苯(67.65%),皮具箱包业检出最多的为甲苯(86.67%);质谱检测结果与《化学品安全技术说明书》(MSDS)符合的占10.87%。结论广东省某市工业企业粘胶剂化学成分以苯系物、酯类、酮类为主,苯和正己烷在粘胶剂生产使用行业中仍较普遍存在,各企业提供的MSDS中所列粘胶剂的成分多与实际不符。
Objective To understand the main volatile organic compounds of viscose used by enterprises in a certain city of Guangdong and provide the basis for workplace monitoring of occupational hazards and prevention and control of occupational diseases. Methods A total of 92 samples of viscose from 64 enterprises using organic solvents in a city of Guangdong were collected and analyzed by mass spectrometry. The results were classified and summarized statistically. Results The highest content of toluene (67.39%), ethyl acetate (63.04%) and acetone (42.39%) was obtained in 92 samples of viscose samples, and the detection rate of highly toxic benzene was 9.78% Of ethyl acetate (68.57%), most of which were found in leather and shoes industry (67.65%), most of which were found in leather goods industry (86.67%). The results of mass spectrometry were in good agreement with “Chemical Safety Data Sheet” MSDS) complies with 10.87%. Conclusion The chemical components of viscose in industrial enterprises in a certain city of Guangdong are mainly benzene series, esters and ketones. Benzene and n-hexane are still common in the production and application of viscose. The MSDS provided by various enterprises is listed The composition of the adhesive does not match with the actual.
