采用临床诊断B超(常用探头频率3.5MHz和最大频率5.0MHz)对拟行引产的中孕(孕16~26周)妇女(实验组)行腹部超声照射10min,20min,随后行水囊引产术,抽取引产胎儿骨髓,比较各组骨髓象,观察各组骨髓细胞的超微结构,并与未行B超照射的引产胎儿(对照组)进行比较,以探讨诊断超声的安全性。结果:各实验组与对照组之间,骨髓细胞的超微结构及骨髓象均无差别。提示:目前产科常用诊断剂量超声未引起中孕胎儿骨髓细胞形态学的改变
