本文报道使用超声心动图(UCG)研究原发性心肌病患者左室收缩和舒张功能障碍特点及临床意义。观察对象分三组:①正常人组:共45名,男31,女14;年龄19~64岁(平均40.9)。②肥厚型心肌病组(HCM组):共31例,男20,女11;年龄19~62岁(平均43.4)。③扩张型心肌病组(DCM组):男22;女10;年龄22~59岁(平均42.1)。使用AlokallOS型超声心动图仪,按常规检查方法检测左室4区、2a和2b区图象,同步记录Ⅱ导联心电图、右颈动脉搏动波和心音图,各项数据以连续5个心动周期的均值为准。左室收缩功能指标:后壁和室间隔厚度比,缩短分数,环肌平均缩短速率(Vcf),后壁和室间隔短径平
This article reports the use of echocardiography (UCG) in the study of primary cardiomyopathy in patients with left ventricular systolic and diastolic dysfunction characteristics and clinical significance. Subjects were divided into three groups: ① normal group: a total of 45, male 31, female 14; age 19 to 64 years (average 40.9). ② hypertrophic cardiomyopathy group (HCM group): a total of 31 cases, 20 males and 11 females; aged 19 to 62 years (mean 43.4). ③ dilated cardiomyopathy group (DCM group): male 22; female 10; aged 22 to 59 years (average 42.1). AlokallOS-type echocardiography was used to detect the images of the 4th, 2nd and 2nd ventricles of the left ventricle according to the routine examination method. The Ⅱ-lead electrocardiogram, the right carotid artery pulsation wave and the phonocardiogram were recorded synchronously. The data were recorded continuously for 5 cardiac cycles The average value shall prevail.
