将不同的搅拌方式应用于矿石中磷的生物浸出,分别为静置、摇床、磁力搅拌和机械搅拌。对各种不同搅拌方式的浸出效果进行分析和对比,总结出一些影响磷元素浸出的原因。实验结果表明:磁力搅拌和机械搅拌的浸出效果明显优于静置和摇床方式,并且浸磷时间显著缩短。通过SEM(扫描电镜)及能谱定性分析得出黄钾铁矾类物质是细菌作用后的产物之一,也是影响浸出效果的主要因素。
Different kinds of agitation methods are applied to bioleaching phosphorus in ore, which are standing, shaking, magnetic and mechanical agitation. Analysis and comparison of the leaching results of various stirring methods, summed up some of the reasons that affect the leaching of phosphorus. The experimental results show that the leaching effect of magnetic stirring and mechanical stirring is obviously better than that of standing and shaking, and the leaching time of phosphorus is significantly shortened. The results of SEM and SEM showed that the jarosite was one of the products of bacterial action and the main factor affecting the leaching effect.
