[目的]建立常用的5种补益中药——党参、黄芪、当归、龙眼肉、枸杞子中Hg、As和Bi 3种痕量有害元素含量分析的方法。[方法]采用氢化物-原子荧光法测定党参、黄芪、当归、枸杞子、龙眼肉5种补益中药中Hg、As和Bi的含量。[结果]采用湿法消化样品,以硫脲-KBH4-HCl为反应测定体系,在最佳测定条件下,检出限分别为Hg 0.15μg/L、As 0.18μg/L、Bi 0.12μg/L。线性范围分别为Hg0~25.0μg/L、As 0~120.0μg/L、Bi 0~20.0μg/L,加标回收率在96.5%~104.5%。[结论]该法可同时快速、简便、准确地测定5种补益中药中Hg、As和Bi的含量。
[Objective] To establish a method for analyzing the contents of trace elements of Hg, As and Bi in five kinds of commonly used traditional Chinese medicines: Codonopsis pilosula, Radix Astragali, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Longan Meat, and Gardenia. [Methods] The contents of Hg, As and Bi in five kinds of tonic medicines, including Radix Codonopsis, Radix Astragali, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Poria cocos and Longan, were determined by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry. [Results] The samples were digested by wet method and the thiourea-KBH4-HCl reaction system was used. Under the optimal conditions, the detection limits were Hg 0.15μg/L, As 0.18μg/L, and Bi 0.12μg/L respectively. . The linear ranges were Hg0~25.0μg/L, As0~120.0μg/L, Bi0~20.0μg/L, and the recoveries were 96.5%~104.5%. [Conclusion] The method can quickly, simply and accurately determine the contents of Hg, As and Bi in 5 kinds of Tonic Chinese medicine.
