目的通过在小学师生和家长中开展营养干预工作,探索营养干预的有效措施。方法在成都市某区选出3所小学的学生、家长和教师,选出2所为干预组,1所为对照组。对干预组进行营养干预1年,对照组不采取任何干预措施;通过问卷调查(基线调查和终期调查)比较两组前后变化。结果干预学校的学生、家长及教师的营养相关知识在终期调查中的知晓率高于基线调查(χ2=207.663、91.260、13.879,P均<0.01),而对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预学校的家长在终期调查中的“每天吃早餐”的行为率明显高于基线调查,χ2为21.326(P<0.01),而对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论对小学的学生、家长和教师开展营养干预效果良好。
Objective To explore effective interventions for nutrition intervention through nutrition intervention in primary school teachers and students. Methods Three primary school students, parents and teachers were selected in a district of Chengdu. Two groups were selected as intervention group and one was control group. The intervention group for nutritional intervention for 1 year, the control group did not take any interventions; by questionnaire survey (baseline survey and final investigation) before and after the change between the two groups. Results The awareness rate of nutrition-related knowledge of students, parents and teachers in intervention school was higher than that of baseline survey in the final survey (χ2 = 207.663,91.260,13.879, P <0.01), but there was no significant difference in the control group (P > 0.05). The behavior rate of parents who intervened in the final survey was significantly higher than that of baseline (χ2 = 21.326, P <0.01), but there was no significant difference in the control group (P> 0.05) . Conclusions Nutritional interventions for primary school students, parents and teachers are effective.
