采用放射免疫方法(RIA)测定了160例湖北地区健康男子血中卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、催乳素(PRL)及睾酮(T)值,现将结果报道如下。一、临床资料 1.对象:对160例16~60岁男子体检:身体健康,发育良好,无心、肺、肝、肾疾病。生殖器官无畸形及缺损。无隐睾症,睾丸大小、质地正常。已婚男子均有健康小孩。 2.激素测定:受检对象于上午从肘静脉采血,制备血清,集中测定。采用世界卫生组织人类生殖规划处(WHO-HRP)的RIA试剂。每份标本测定FSH、LH、PRL、T值。实验按WHO-HRP提供的RIA方法手册操作,采用内部质量控制方法,批间变异系数(CV)小于15%,批内CV小于10%。 3.统计方法:各激素测定值采用几何均数计算,组间差异用F检验。二、测定结果
The levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), prolactin (PRL) and testosterone (T) in blood of 160 healthy men in Hubei Province were determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA). The results are reported as follows. First, the clinical data 1. Object: 160 cases of 16 to 60-year-old man medical examination: good health, well-developed, heartless, lung, liver and kidney disease. Genital no deformities and defects. No cryptorchidism, testicular size, texture is normal. Married men have healthy children. 2. Hormone determination: subjects in the morning from the elbow venous blood, serum preparation, focus on determination. RIA Reagents from World Health Organization Human Reproductive Planning Service (WHO-HRP). FSH, LH, PRL, T values were determined for each specimen. The experiment was conducted according to the RIA method manual provided by WHO-HRP. The internal quality control method was used. The coefficient of variation (CV) between batches was less than 15% and the CV within the batch was less than 10%. 3.
