既有上海市总规的年限到2020年,对于2020年以后的轨道交通网络建设情况并未明确。从目前各方面意见看,远景网在很大程度上要解决郊区问题,其中就涉及到市郊铁路的问题。市郊铁路产生的客流量肯定不如城市地铁产生的客流量,但是在城市交通结构中,其主要承担城郊出行的交换,公共交通的周转量会有比较明显的上升。可以从轨道交通整体的角度,思考市郊铁路的定位和今后的发展方向。
Both the age limit of Shanghai General Regulations to 2020, the situation of rail transit network construction after 2020 is not clear. From the current views of all aspects, Vision Network to a large extent to solve the problem of the suburbs, which involves the issue of suburban railway. Suburban railways are certainly not as good as passenger traffic generated by urban subways. However, in the urban traffic structure, which mainly undertakes the excursions in suburban areas, the turnover of public transport will be significantly increased. From the perspective of rail transit as a whole, we can think about the positioning of the suburban railway and the future development direction.
