对于可转位车刀加工一定材料,通常刀片断屑槽型已定,往往是根据需要选择合适的切削用量。而在切削过程中,当工件材料、刀具几何参数一定的条件下,由于切削用量的不同,切削的形状也是多种多样的,其形状是否合理往往成为选择切削用量的依据之一。本文以耐磨1~#抗磨铸铁为试样,研究切屑形状与切削用量的关系。通过实验,优选出了车削耐磨1~#抗磨铸铁的切削用量。工厂中使用推荐的切削用量后,取得明显的经济效果。
For a certain turning lathe machining materials, usually the chip breaker type has been set, often based on the need to select the appropriate cutting amount. In the cutting process, when the workpiece material, the geometric parameters of the tool under certain conditions, due to the different amount of cutting, the shape of the cutting is also varied, and its shape is often the rationale for the choice of cutting one of the basis. In this paper, wear-resistant 1 ~ # cast iron as a sample to study the relationship between the chip shape and the amount of cutting. Through experiments, the preferred cutting wear 1 ~ # wear-resistant cast iron cutting. After using the recommended cutting amount in the factory, obvious economic results have been achieved.
